Thank you for your interest in working with SIBI GHANA to provide retail needs at the comfort of your home, office, school ect. An agreement between yourself and our company is necessary so as to ensure the protection of your rights aimed at making our partnership a memorable one. Our company put you at the core of our operations and as a result hereby endorsed the following agreement to bind us together.

PRIVACY POLICY

As we all know, handling private information is a serious responsibility and we want you to know how we are handling your information whenever we collect it.

We only collect information you choose to give us and we process it with your consent or on another legal basis, we only require the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us; we do not sell it to third parties, and we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes.  No matter where you are, where you live, or what your citizenship is, we provide the same standard of privacy protection to all our users around the world, regardless of their country of origin or location.

RETURNS POLICY FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS 

These terms apply to retail customers only. If you are a trade customer, the terms and conditions of your account will apply. 

Please read carefully before purchasing any goods. Our full terms are on listed below and are available on request.

Most of our goods come with warranties that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure once the product warrant is still valid.

Subject to, and without limiting, your rights under the Ghanaian Consumer Law, SIBI GHANA will only accept the return of goods on the terms set out below. 

1. SIBI GHANA will accept the return of goods and provide you with a replacement where you are returning the goods because of: 

a. minor damage of the product and the warrant still valids; or 

b. our delivery persons deliver a damaged product to you; or 

c. difference between ordered product and delivered product, 

provided that the goods

  1. are returned to SIBI GHANA within 3 days of the delivery date for option b and c above; and within the specified warrant period for a above.

2. Except in the case of a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Ghanaian Consumer Law and subject to clause 3 below, you are not entitled to return any goods which have: 

a. been custom made, custom cut, custom processed or custom acquired for you; or 

b. where the goods are not in brand new or unused condition with undamaged packaging as at the date of their proposed return; or 

c. where the goods have been damaged due to installation contrary to manufacturer’s instructions. 

3. SIBI GHANA will accept the return of defective goods and arrange for: 

a. the repair or replacement of such goods in accordance with the manufacturers conditions of warranty; or 

b. at your option, a replacement or refund if the defect amounts to a major failure under the Ghanaian Consumer Law and manufacturers agreements; or 

c. at SIBI GHANA’s option, a repair or replacement if the defect amounts to a minor failure under the Ghanaian Consumer Law. 

4. If you require goods to be delivered to a nominated destination, then you authorize SIBI GHANA to deliver those products to that site and leave them there whether or not anybody is present to accept delivery. SIBI GHANA is not liable on any basis for any loss you may suffer after delivery to that nominated delivery site. 

SHORTAGES 

All orders are double-checked by our staff before being packaged and shipped. The name and the signature of the employee who has checked your order will be on the Packing Slip. Occasionally an error is made. If you did not receive all of the products you ordered or a wrong product has been sent, you should notify our marketing department on 0244983361 within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will deliver any shorted product to you as soon as possible. In case you need to return a product wrongly included in your package, the shipment charges will be at our expense. 

RETURNED DELIVERIES 

If a product is returned as undeliverable, our company will attempt to contact you to correct the address. The order will then be reshipped to the corrected address at your expense.

SALE PROMOTIONS

Whenever there is a sales promotion going on, unless there is a specification, all customers are qualified and are automatically included in the competition. A customer reserves the right to confront our company and possibly seek redress at the appropriate authority if he/she feels cheated and whenever a customer is wrongly awarded a promotion benefit, SIBI GHANA has the right for a call back of such benefit or otherwise.
